BoxMan's Struggle refers to the type of platformers where absurd and funny things are constantly creating, and the gameplay can cause frustration at the same time as desired not to stop attempts. In this Ind-project, the user manages a person who sits inside a cardboard box. Protagonist wants to climb the mountain without leaving the box.
Gameplay in Boxman's Struggle tied in physics. The character in the box moves only due to jumping and controlled with the mouse (it allows you to set the force and direction of the jerk). The rock consists of stones, giant potatoes, huge commodity packages, doors, shovel, rusting machines, pipes, road signs, broken musical instruments and other garbage. The goal is to find out what is on its vertex.
Taitle took the concept of platformer website Getting Over IT with Bennett Foddy. The character will very often break down and lose all progress. Then the user will be forced to start climbing. Thanks to gravity and level design, a strange climber can slip on any pebble, a bottle or ball, then start quickly falling down. If you're lucky, the traveler will land on one of the previously traveled platforms, and then it will be possible to continue the conquest.
