Almost Alive talks about the world in which the apocalypse happened. First, people created and used a virus, which later also mutated. Then the epidemic sparked a nuclear war. Now, on the ruins of civilization, various factions are fighting among themselves and against mutants. You can join different factions or be a lone wolf.

This indie project has a lot of different loot - 106 types of armor and 192 types of weapons, as well as about 100 items. The main character suffers from amnesia. Its pumping is served in the form of returning memories. Protagonist gradually restores its mental and physical abilities. There are 6 classes, 115 skills and 95 personality traits in total. All parks have both positive and negative sides.

The character himself or together with his comrades moves between locations on transport using the global map. The title has an open world. There are also main and secondary quests. Tasks can be completed in different ways. The project periodically generates different situations. For example, the NPC that was supposed to issue the order may accidentally die. Or a partner falls into madness and begins to shoot everyone in a row with a machine gun, not distinguishing between friends and foes.
