The main hero of 2DARK is a man named Smith, who is struggling with a traumatic event for many years, still coming to his consciousness - during a family trip, his wife was cruelly killed, and his two children were abducted. Since then, a lot of time has passed, but he still believes that his children are alive. To solve the secret, Smith explores a strange city called a gloomy forest, where the mysterious disappearances of children also occur. He hopes that this way will be able to find the right way. For what is happened will be able to observe from a bird's eye view. During the game, you need to pass through the dark premises, trying to find the stolen children, and then try to escape with them from the serial killer. However, this is not as easy as it may seem. Smith is much weaker in a collision with psychopaths, so it should crawl and use darkness hiding it (and still need to noise, otherwise they will hear). The hero is not entirely defenseless, because he has various tools at its disposal, including firearms, but, first of all, a hand-to-hand fight - a bad idea, and secondly - the ammunition is little. Limited stocks - it's not only about weapons. In addition, other elements, such as flashlight batteries or provisions, are also important. Separate levels are linear, but there are several different ways to pass. What to add as soon as you can save the children, you need to bring them to the exit. The problem is that they do not always want to obey. Sometimes you need something that might make them act together, for example, sweets.
